  • If you can't get in, sucks to be you, but they've got more than an enough people who can get in. Find another program or go to a different school for business.
  • it aint too hard.. if you cant get in maybe its just not for u :S

Well you can't really judge it that way because he's not really taking any business courses at the moment anyways, or is he?

  • I'm assuming he's taking the lower division courses required for the transfer and can't get his gpa high enough.
  • because everyone thinks that if they get into business school they will for sure be making big bucks right away after graduation but in the end only like 5% of the undergrads actually do something useful lol
  • No, not "like 5%". Just no.
  • Lol actually there is a reason everyone wants to do business, BeAn. It's not necessarily because of wanting to make money but its be business opens up so many more doors for u, gives u way more options for employment, and actually prepares you for the real world of working. There is a reason why they design business classes so its based on competition...they also require u to attend resume work shops and mock interview tests, emphasis on co op real world experience and tbh the stuff you learn in business can actually be applicable to real life.

So yes, choosing to do business is a good fit esp in this economy, and its no wonder everyone wants to get in.
  • ^hahahahahahahhaha. YES.

yo, I'm trollin business people calm down. It's just the common stereotype do w.e the fuck you wanna do.
  • @lakerfanatic Tbh though what you said has a lot of truth to it. The trades is the way to go if you want to make cheddar right after graduating and virtually secure a career in the job market.

A common N. American fact is that 1/3 of all the workers who maintain the Canadian power infrastructure will retire and this includes other departments as well including municipal plumbing and waterworks, utilities, electricians etc.

While people who are in "business" would obviously keep going until they are well old and rarely retire with such high tenure, which leaves way less room for the thousands of MBA peeps.
