Admission average for ba psychology?

Hi! I was wondering...if on the application it says average low for my first choice, does that mean I have no chance in getting into that, and that even if I am admitted I will only get into my second choice? I read that the average for art and social science was 85% and my current average is 84.75% but it says average low, so does it not get rounded up to 85% ? thanks :D

    It will eventually be lowered to 82% for arts anyways

    If my final mark average is higher than it is now, will I still get a chance to be admitted into my first choice? Or will my second choice be the only option?
