Admission Offer Help

Hey...
Im an international student and I've applied to SFU Fall 2013
I sent in all my documents a month ago and wasn't really worried until my friends who applied received offers for admission
I constantly check "to do list" on SIS and all the outstanding items have been checked.
Should I be worried? I have pretty good grades as well so I'm struggling to understand. Is it because they applied to different faculties as well?
How should I react? Should I be patient and wait for a reply?

    Don't worry about it, admissions offers are not given together

    I'm really worried since this in the only University I actually applied to for the Fall term!

    I didn't get my admission offer till 2 months before university (i got scholarship with it)

    I'm in the exact same situation! I'm also international (American) and applied awhile ago and I feel like I check SIS all the time and I just always see the "complete" circle. What faculty did you apply to?

    Yeah. I applied to the Faculty of Science. I'm Tanzanian and all my friends applied to the Faculty of Arts and Political Science. They all got replies. I also applied for a scholarship, is that the reason why I haven't received a reply as of yet! Oh but one of friends also applied for the same scholarship but he's gotten acceptance. Im so worried! And its not like Im not good I have a predicted of 40 IB points!
    Everyone in my grade have gotten replies from their universities. So I'm just hanging there awaiting for one!

    With 40 IB points I'm sure you're going to get accepted but it's odd that you haven't heard back yet. I wish I knew why neither of us have gotten accepted yet I've got a 3.8 GPA and I feel like that's enough for arts.. I've been tempted to call and ask if they look at international apps later but I guess not since your friends have gotten in. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see :/ let me know if you get in though!

    Yeah I find it really odd! You've got good grades as well! I really wanna e mail them but just wanna leave the chips to fall where they may. So gotta be patient which I really am not and so its difficult when you realize that other people have gotten admission and you didn't. But maybe its because I sent in my documents late. So maybe they're still busy assessing the thousands that come in everyday. So I dont really blame them,
    I will definitely let you know when I do! Good Luck :) Dont worry, I'm pretty sure you'll get it :D

    Chill guys, I got my admission in late June and I'm a canadian who applied using Singapore GCE 'A' Levels, and I didn't even seem to satisfy everything in the checklist, they said I had to take the TOEFL, so I went agh, forget it.... they gave me an offer in June in the end anyways, so don't worry too much about it.

    LATE JUNE? Oh that cant do! I'd be humiliated in graduation! i wouldn't have a university then. Everybody has gotten admission into university, except me! OH NO! And it takes quite a  while to apply for a visa here so my admission should come soon! Oh what if they reject you? Like when do they let you know when they're rejecting you? Oh god I should apply to others then? Any ideas just for back up? Im really desperate atm

    OMG OMG! I just got admission! :D
    Well I dont know if its admission actually but it just says accept or decline on my application area on SIS!
    They haven't sent me an e mail! So not sure!
    Hey so should I just press accept or leave it until I get my reply for the Africa Entrance Scholarship?

    Yipee! I'm doing the HAPPY DANCE!!! :P

    Just press accept. That happened to me. I got accepted on SIS but it took another few days to receive an email and even longer to receive my offer in the mail

    Would they send me an e mail even if I dont give a reply!
    I'm kinda waiting for my results for the Africa Entrance Scholarship.
    So what do yu suggest?

    Just curious of not making hasty decisions!

    Hey has anybody applied for a scholarship. Like you know the ones that need a separate application?
    When did you receive your reply?
    And does the scholarship cover up the deposit you have to pay before accepting your admission.
    Plus I have applied for the Africa Entrance Scholarship, the details are $40,000 paid over 8 terms plus free tuition. What does that mean? Like is it really gonna be a 100% one or just one that I will have to pay a certain amount and the rest would be covered up by the scholarship?
