Can anyone describe their experience with the buyback program? Specifically, is the return amount reduced by things like highlighting, annotations, etc.
^ what GRP said, they rip you off. They tell you that you can get up to 50% but I brought mine back in mint condition, no damage, no notes, no highlighting, nothing and they barely offered me 10% of what I paid
