Is it better to sell books through the SFU Bookstore buyback program or through Craigslist?

Never use the sfu bookstore buyback program. They barely pay you anything.
Use craigslist or any of the following facebook groups.

Try to get at least 75% return on books bought. So if you bought for $100, try to sell for at least $75.

@raymongulati2011
buyback program says you can get up to 50% though. and almost all my books are new and needed for the next semester. I'm not doubting you or anything just wanted to confirm

If you are in a hurry, go for the 50%, but remember, you will often get less than 50%.
I highly recommend using Facebook group to sell books. You get way more money.

^agreed and also if say you bought a textbook that came with a manual or another book
they will only buy back the text not the other book
as for selling it yourself you can set your own prices
