  Never use the sfu bookstore buyback program. They barely pay you anything.

  Try to get at least 75% return on books bought. So if you bought for $100, try to sell for at least $75.

  @raymongulati2011 buyback program says you can get up to 50% though. and almost all my books are new and needed for the next semester. I'm not doubting you or anything just wanted to confirm

  If you are in a hurry, go for the 50%, but remember, you will often get less than 50%. 

  
  

  I highly recommend using Facebook group to sell books. You get way more money.

  ^agreed and also if say you bought a textbook that came with a manual or another book 

  they will only buy back the text not the other book

  
  

  as for selling it yourself you can set your own prices
