I'm taking a minor in publishing, and I was just denied enrollment in PUB372 due to enrollment restrictions. I'm IN the program, and there's only a minor available, no major to take the spaces. Who is this restricted for?!
The system seems to have quirks like this often. The only way I have seen around it is getting someone to manually enrol you. I would call an academic advisor who presides over all of the PUB stuff and I'm sure they will be able to sort it out.
In my experience emailing advisors is futile, if they ever actually do get back to you it will often be days later at best.
