Deferrable exams for consecutive exam days?

So I'm taking 4 courses right now and each have a their own final exam like how typical courses are. I just realized that they are like BACK TO BACK of each other. I have 2 on Dec.8th (30 min apart) and another 2 on the 9th (also 30 min apart). Can I get some advise from anyone who have or have been in similar situation? I heard I could get one deferred if I have 3 within 24 hr period. If so, anyone know who I should talk to? my professor directly or...?

    If you have three of more exams scheduled within 24 hours you have to notify your instructor and department a month prior the your finals.
