Snow and getting trapped at sfu?

Hey I was just wondering has anyone been stuck at sfu due to snow and left to sleep over night. Was it a bad or good experience? and tell your story :)

    I was stuck one night and they let people sleep in the gym. It was frickin' cold and they had us sleep on wrestling mats. Overall, it was pretty uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep.

    Others actually sled down the hill believe it or not lol.

    Rumour is that the Economics department has emergency beer supplies in case of a snow-in!

    That rumor is false. I have a friend that's a TA in that department and says they don't have beer.

    how about you don't get snowed in and get trapped on the mountain in the first place?

    Just call the emergency service, and request a pickup, they are suppose to reach everywhere :P
