How to choose a computing science concentration?

edited July 2012 in General
Are there any comp-sci majors who can offer any tips on choosing a comp-sci concentration? Concentrations: artificial intelligence, computer graphics and multimedia, computing systems, information systems, programming languages and software, and theoretical computing. Thanks in advance

  • Just choose what you love or are interested in.  do some research into all the areas
  • If this is July 25, 2012. . . The concentrations are no longer required as a part of the BSci in Computer Science.  Check the course page for details, but now you are only required to complete 1 course each from three of the concentration tables, as well as your required upper level and 400 level courses, etc. . .
  • Where are you reading that from, and there are 6 concentration are there not?
