I will be living in the Tower Dorms and I just want to know wether they are a social place to live, or is everyone just quiet and fends for themselves?
depends how into it you get. every floor has floor meetings and goes out together sometimes for dinners and other activities such as lazer tag or bowling or something just to have a united floor. there are other rez activities such as rez challenge and everyone meets and eats in the dining hall together as well. I met most of my friends through rez orientation, you meet other people from other floors and buildings and you just keep connecting through them and make more friends. its a good experience.
everyone complains how its no fun and theres nothing going on but its the people who dont make it fun. theres always clubs and sports events and pub nights. some people just come go to school then leave. its what the students make of the university. people shouldnt complain if they dont put any effort in.
