SFU late registration date

Does anyone know what the requirements are to get an earlier registration date? I always get mine pretty late and I've never really known why.

    if you are athletics, scholarship students, first semester students, and students with credits over 75, you will get a date earlier, and the last thing is, are you a transfer student ? if you are, at least 10 days after the first enrollment date is expected.
