Not sure about jobs yet, only applied for three so far. Have four more I'll be applying for over the next two days. I'll probably enroll in BUS 360W, BUS 207, CRIM 135, and POL 151, then drop them if I find a position.
Good plan to register your courses... I think I even heard you can get the fees waived if you get a job offer past the "drop with 100% refund" deadlines. Not certain on this note though.. and I guess it would be useful for me to know.
Since this is my first co-op, I really don't know what the usual process is.. but I was offered, and accepted a job offer during the start of February. Looking at it now though, it seems quite early...? Lucky for me though, the offer was from the job that I liked most of the ones I applied to. I didn't even have a chance to apply to some of the others I was interested in.. heh
Reason I asked was that I was curious if I'd see some talkSFU people during my co-op term :P
But yeah, I am taking it... Are you in my class? It's fine I guess. Things feel quite dry and boring for now, the design seems like overkill for how simple the project appears to be at the moment... But I'm a bit biased I guess, I'm tired of school and want a break from academics for a little bit, maybe I'd find it more fun otherwise...
In terms of difficulty, it is fine right now... minimal effort is getting me good grades on the quizzes / deliverables..

Weird that it's so early, since I lost my scholarship. Sucks that I can't really use it for anything, just doing co-op this summer.
As for me:
8:30 AM, March 18, 2011.
I will probably try for co-op in the fall..
I'm also hoping to get a co-op position for the summer
