What are some good places to study Off Campus

I live in Surrey so SFU is really far for me to drive when I need to study... especially for those late night study sessions. I tried studying at Tim Hortons today, but it was really noisy and then after 12 it got so quiet that it became awkward... it was just me and the employees.. What are some other places you would recommend studying ie. after hours other than a Timmys coffee shop? Home isn't really an option for me way too many distractions

    The sports and leisure center is always good (if u dont need internet that is...)
