TalkSFU Meet-up: Sept 18th 6-7pm @ Memphis Blues

Hey everybody,

Some forum members have been suggesting that we have another meet up sometime soon, since we haven't done anything at all this year so far. Anyway, the meet-up will be this coming Saturday (Sept 11th), OR the following Saturday, (Sept 18th). We'll decide on a place that's transit accessible to have dinner, and possibly do something afterwards. I suggest a pub or some similar alcohol dispensing establishment. Anyway, if anybody is interested, leave a post here, or PM me.

I'll also be contacting some of the "veteran" users via PM/email/phone, so I'll update our guest list if they're coming.

Hope to see some new faces this time around.

    I'm good for Sep 11 and Sep 18.

    About the resto. Hmm I'm craving some ribs right now but the only restos I know that serve good ribs are Montana's and Ikea's restaurant. Neither are easily accessible, though.

    What restos do you have in mind, MB? Others?

    I'll go - either day.

    I have no suggestions, but this talk of ribs is making me crave Memphis Blues. There's one on Commercial. Just sayin'.

    Crap, it has to be the 18th. Not real fond if ribs but if they have other stuff I'm OK with the memphis blues place.

    (edit: I might go to Vancouver Island this weekend, thus I am not available the 11th)

    stop twisting my words predator.. we know you have the obsession of wanting me to be obsessed with you.. but i'm just not.. unless you happen to be one of the preternaturals.. =) and as i recall you were very 'human' from the previous meet up..=p

    i will have the details on the front page by the the beginning of next week.. i just wanted to give people a chance to figure out their schedule before we confirm the meet up..

    back from the meetup and i gotta say I had a really good time, it was awesome meeting everyone... even onlinepredator, who is actually not that much of a predator after all lol :P

    it sucks that illicit and flo-ra couldn't make it, hope you guys can come for the next one though

    did everyone make it home ok? my car got towed so me and kiran had to go pick it up from some shady tow yard lol
