textbook info

when does the textbook information get updated on my.sfu.ca/ ?

can someone tell me the names of textbooks i will need for the following courses?

CMPT 128-3 Introduction to Computing Science and Programming for Engineers*

ENSC 100-3 Engineering Technology and Society*

ENSC 101-1 Writing Process, Persuasion and Presentations*

MATH 150-4 Calculus 1 with review

PHYS 120-3 Modern Physics and Mechanics*,2

    Go to the SFU bookstore website, click on the eservice (click where it says order here) and pick all of your classes. It will show you all of the books you need and give you the option of buying them online. I usually just get the information from there and buy the books from either abebooks or amazon:

    Best of luck! :) And yeah, if you can snag used books do it. Textbooks are such a ripoff. :(

    are textbooks actually used in the classroom?
    i found two of the heavier textbooks online as ebooks and im thinking it would be a lot more convenient using a small laptop to access them than lugging around a physical copy

    So far, I've only had one class in which the professor wanted us to bring our textbooks to class, and even then they weren't required.
