I am interested to hear this too. I'm enrolled right now for KIN 105 and KIN 110, but probably will only take one, and I don't know which one to choose. Or maybe I'll just not take CRIM 131 and take both KIN 105 and KIN 110.

kin 140 so far is a cake walk DE

Yeah, I heard 140 is one of the easiest lower division courses out there. 142 is supposed to be the hardest KIN class for LD (correct me if I'm wrong).

Have you taken 110 or 105?

nope haven't taken those other two, heard they aren't as easy as they seem. had a kin major friend who took them and said htey are really bio/chem detailed so if you took them in high school you can consider it, but if you didnt, probably better to stay away from it

regardless, whatever you choose, any kin = lots of memorization. if your bad at that, stay away

Well the reason I took 105 is because I absolutely love biology. I am good with stuff like biochemistry, it's the straight-up chemistry (like redox reactions, etc) that completely mess with my head.

110 I'm taking because I want to learn more about nutrition so I can start making healthier choices when having a meal.

I'm not looking for an easy time, nor do I expect it. Just was curious about what it will be like. I don't expect them to be easy, but it isn't bad if they are. ;)

i've taken 140 and 110.. 140 is super easy with no real substance to it, so if you're looking for an interesting course, don't take it. 110 was really interesting when I took it four semesters ago. It's not too bad, some bio, concepts..there's a nutrition project (which is REALLY easy) and then the lectures & exams. I'd take 110 over 140 any day if you're looking for an interesting course though..
