hey all!

Im in 3rd year in sciences majoring in MBB and plan on pursuing medical school...possible UBC
I was wondering if anyone out there is planning on getting into medical school?? What extra curricular activities are you in?? what courses are you taking?? have you taken the MCAT, if so how was it?

    When I started my B.Sc. I was planning on going into med...I would say the Pre-Med society is the best place to start. If it's still around, it should be a good way to meet like minded people, and get access to some very helpful resources!

    me too...3rd year MBB student here. Yeah, no worries we are on the same boat. I did so many volunteering so far and thinking of doing some volunteering again in the summer. Just keep up with the work and get involved. Although GPA helps, but experience is a great asset.

    For the MCAT, I keep track of this site: http://www.premed101.com/forums/index.php very helpful website where you can ask any question you may have regarding the MCAT. I haven't yet written the test but hopefully, I'll do it this year...so no rush.

    ok. thanks guys... i thought this forum was totally dead. But yea does anyone know when the next pre-med meeting is???
