Well, I would take ENGL 101 and 102 off of the list, as I would not consider them "easy." Unless, of course, you're a really good writer. PHIL 100 is probably similar, as it is writing based, though I haven't taken it.
HSCI 160 is incredibly easy so far and really enjoyable. You have these quizzes three times during the term, worth 15% each/45% total, based solely off textbook readings. For the first quiz I skimmed over the first three chapters of the text for 10 minutes and got 98%. So yeah, pretty hard to do bad. There is also a take-home assignment and group project, with the take-home being mostly about finding statistics and information about various low or middle income countries. Take-home was due before the break, but we got an extension until we return. Kate Tairyan is great though. Her teaching philosophy is to encourage learning without stressing out her students. Very different from most university profs. Lots of people will say that's like babying you, but I've been learning a lot and enjoying the class and it has really gotten me interested in Global Health, so it must be pretty effective.
ahh ic okay i'll take hsci 160 for sure! for the group project is the groups made from the tutorials? what other course is easy? i dont want to take iat100 beaus hate group projects..and the lectures are gonna be boring....so any other recommendations? my gpa really is bad atm so i need a really good class....is there any other hsci easy courses? beside 120 and 130? or is there another easy class in general? -thanks for all ur help ppl btw!
If you really need to boost your GPA, take IAT 100, even if you hate group work. Two friends took it last term, one got an A+ and one got an A, little to no effort put in.
And MAKE SURE HSCI 160 is with Tairyan. I heard the other prof that sometimes teaches it is harder and not as engaging. Groups are chosen on WebCT, since there is no tutorials (at least this term, since it's an evening class). You choose one of 15 to 20 countries to study for the individual, and the other people who choose the same one are with you for the group project (which uses the info collected in the individual assignment and builds upon it). 9 people per group this term, as a maximum.

Any 100-level Crim class with Cartwright is easy. I'm only in my second term, so I can't really give much more other than that and HSCI 160 with Tairyan.
