Hello...

edited January 2010 in General
First of all, I'm glad I have "discovered" this site. I didn't know SFU has a student forum...So thanks Simon!

A little bit about me: I'm Moshi and I'm in my second year. I have a brother and a sister but they both go to UBC. My brother graduated last year though. I love to read and to listen to music. It's my favourite past time! I also play the piano (classical music) and I want to learn to play Jazz one day. Perhaps I can do that this Summer, but we will see...

I am also immensely interested in asian cuisines, foreign culture (especially the Japanese culture), and Chinese Medicine. I know it may sound weird to you but I think I'm deeply in love with CM. But anyways, I'm glad to be a part of this community!

I play piano too, and classical music SO INDEED rocks. I really really <3 Chopin.

Yea Chopin is awesome! I love his "Polonaises", especially the "Andante spianato and Grand Polonaise" I think Rubenstein has the best recording of Chopin. I always listen to nocturnes when I study. It helps me to focus for some reason. Btw, this year is his 200th anniversary...Happy birthday Chopin :)

I played one of his nocturnes for my grade 10 piano exam...I think it was in E minor, but I can't remember...haha.
