Science Course

edited January 2010 in General
I'd like to take one of KIN110 Nutrition and HSCI 100 Human Bio, whichever is easier. Not for WQB requirements. Just take as an elective. Any suggestions?

I've had a few friends do HSCI 100 and they've all said it was easy if you've taken Biology 12 in high school.

    Not too sure with KIN.

Kin 110 has a lot of random facts (not THAT random, just probably stuff that you have little to no background info learned from high school on, unless you like reading nutrition labels all the time and stuff). Like the ranges that you're supposed to consume various nutrients in.
Not that science-y. Like in your Bio text, they'll explain much more than you need to know (which means you can have like the understanding as well of the mechanisms behind why things are, if you wanted to read up on it), but in your Kin text, they'll just tell you a fact and you'll have to memorize more than understand it cuz they just don't give you the other info.
