I took it in the summer by distance ed. There's quite a bit of reading to do, as well as weekly quizzes that test vocab (not every week, but for 10 weeks). the midterm/exam were not too difficult, you just have to make sure to read through it all. Also, there were assignments..I don't remember how many there were, I think 4... pretty simple, straight-forward, from the book questions.

The content was similar to grade 12 biology, like urinary system, the heart, respiratory system - with a little more detail. Overall, i was expecting it to be harder than it actually was, but there was quite a bit of reading to do, like i said.

I'm taking this course now actually and it's pretty much just the systems in the body and how they work. The Ta's I had this semester were pretty unresponsive, but that's just bad luck.

Textbook is a bit hard to get through, and yes there's four assisgments throughout the semester which will serve to boost your grade. Average on the midterm was %63, and I have the final for this class on monday!

So if im not mistaken the content is easy, but the course itself is a little more difficult?
