CRIM students: Have you been in a course where the average mark is obsecenely low?

edited December 2009 in General
If so, did everybody keep their mark, or was it scaled somehow? Reason I ask is I'm currently in a CRIM 251 course with Richard Parent and the average mark for the midterm was 16/30 or something like that. I didn't do much better with a 20/30, so I'm more than a little concerned about this hurting my GPA. What's worse is he doesn't give out any other marks before the final, so I have no idea how I did in participation/presentation/journal, lol.

I found CRIM 103 with Boyanowski was very low.

Depends on the teacher, and in my case, he really was that bad.

Seems like the same with yours.

Sad thing is, even in those circumstances, they still don't curve the average up.
