Hey guys,

I was just at the ballroom dance club the other day and it was an awesome experience. Their instructors are professionals and they seem to have enough partners each week.

    Hmm...don't know why you guys don't like the promo, I actually found it pretty professional...and funny to some extent.

    They're supposed to be promoting a ballroom dancing club. They don't even show any dancing until the last 20 seconds of the 4 minute video. I could have done without the first 3 minutes. A simple 30 second, "woe is me, how do I meet girls - join ballroom dancing!" would've been just fine.

    I always thought their logo was a swinging monkey..

    but ya, too much acting, not enough ballroom dancing in the vid

    Hmm...I guess you're right...there isn't enough dancing in it considering it's a promo for the a Dance Club. I do think that acting prior to the actual dancing was fairly entertaining and helped build up towards the actual dance.

    But think about it for a second, the theme behind his promo is basically: join the Ballroom Dance Club and you'll get girls...which most likely works. There are quite alot of single males that...can't really interact with the opposite sex and thus, they see this promo and go "WOW, IF I JOIN, GIRLS WILL TALK TO ME!" and thus, this club gets members.

    So technically, this promo is doing its job...fairly well to say.

    girls wont talk to u just cuz ur part of a club lol...
    u still need to be outgoing and talkative/have something interesting to talk about/can keep a conversation going ... etc...

    There are creepy guys in the Ballroom Dance Club- this is why I won't join.
