retaking a course with same prof?

hi there....okay i was wondering..is it okay to re-take a failed course with the same prof? like would it affect my transcript or anything?

    It may not be such a hot idea if your problem has been that the professor can't speak English properly, or things like that. But GPA-wise, SFU takes the higher grade of the two you obtain in the same course.

    I personally retook psyc207 with the same prof and I found it easier. By now, you should know what the professor is looking for, so that gives you an advantage.
