How do I go about adding a pre-requisite to Transcript?
I have a problem...I want to take a course but it requires Math 12. I completed that back in High School but...the grade I obtained doesn't satisfy the requirements. So, prior to summer, I re-took the course through the Mainstreet Education Center, passing with a grade that satisfied the requirements but....it didn't register on the Transcript. What I want to know is what do I do in order to have the the new mark for Math 12 registered so I can take the course?

You have to fax it to your faculty office (or find an advisor) and they'll update it for you. I had to do the same thing for my Calc AP mark that didn't register under my transfer credits.
You just need to get 20/30 in 1.5 hours. The marks register the next day.
Take official documentation with you and request that a transcript be sent to the main SFU records. If you have met the requirements, records will put the FAN X99 credit on your record. They take a while so go to the advisor first if you want to get enrolled.
FANx99 is only equivalent to math 11. He stated he re-took math 12 this summer and is more likely looking for math 100 to be waived to take math 150/151
