The good: It has sort of a bright web 2.0-ish feel to it.
The bad: It doesn't render properly. Some elements are hovering over error boxes, etc.
The ugly: It's way too busy. It's not immediately obvious what the point of the site is. If a user can't figure that out within a few seconds, they'll probably give up.
Honestly, I clicked the link, and was about to go back and ban you for being a spam-user before I saw you had 82 posts and were probably serious.
