What did you guys do over the long weekend? Mine was pretty uneventful, hung out with the family, played video games and worked a little on Sunday. The weather was awesome though, wish I had gotten out a little more
i had the most productive weekend in a long time i think, did everything from going to bars,casino,club,sports,restaurants,mall,gym,library,webdev and i could go on... lol
LOL while you guys were busy fighting bears and fighting swine flu...I was busy fighting boredom. Hopefully this week will be productive though, still have to find a few more writers for talkSFU news and have a graduation party to plan for June 5 :D (you guys better be there)
Meh. Weekend was alright but it was pretty normal. Worked most of the weekend, celebrated my dad's birthday, ate way too much, drank a little, went clubbing, went for a motorcycle ride, got some action -- yeah, you know, the usual.
hahaha.. it's okay flora i've been snacking on mcD's the whole weekend too.. =P
my weekend was not too shabby.. worked on friday.. went clubbing @ boss on saturday (boring i tell you or maybe i'm just getting old).. went to the vancouver zoo on sunday/hosted a surprise party for one of my friends.. the weather made it a perfect day for the zoo except i didn't get to take a picture with the siberian tiger cause it was too hot so it passed out in the bushes.. =( then i slept in (a ritual for long weekends!! =P) on monday and basically stayed home for the rest of the day..=)
Friday... what did I do... Oh. Stayed home w/ the bf and watched THE CUBE. (good CANADIAN movie btw). Saturday... I forgot what we did in the day *shrugs* Went to night market!! =) Sunday... Went to spanish banks!! It was gorgeous!!! Monday... Stayed home for a bit, then watched Battle Royale at the BF's house and went out for BBT with some friends.
I worked at the Children's Festival for Terasen Gas all weekend. Needless to say, I don't really need to see hoards of little kids for a long, long time! Saturday I saw Angels and Demons with the BF, so that was about it for anything other than work.

lol, I watched that movie in my HUM 102 class... I don't remember why it related to the class though =P
I went to squamish with the fam bam, and went on a hike. The trail was called " the chief", and man oh man, was it intense. 2 and a half hours up! and 2 and a half hours to come back down.
which peak did you climb to? and which section did you go up? cause chief aint too bad. great work out on the way up. you get a chance to do some bouldering as well.
We went to the third peak, which is the furthest away from the initial start of the hike. I've only done the grouse grind a hand full of times, this was the ultimate test >=)
tusk is best when you do it as an over nighter. really fun in the summer, take sunscreen though unless you dont burn cause ppl turn into toast pretty quickly out there lol.

anyways i hung out with friends and family, worked and made money and went to play ultimate. I also watched tv and played on my new ps3. Pretty uneventful but i would have spent some time with my girlfriend if she was here. She's so far away in calgary so i had no chance of seeing her this weekend. Wished the weather lasted longer throughout this week instead though.

hiked to the peak of golden ears with some guys. it was a 3 day thing with lots of beer in between and holy fuck there was still snow up there. froze my ass off that night. great view though. period.
