edited April 2009 in General

I have four courses--too lazy to find out what they are right now.

A couple 3rd (4th?) History courses, and I think a Crim one and a PoliSci one.

I finally surpassed waitlist and got into my fourth class. Yaaay

Is one of the History courses HIST 436: British Columbia? I am in HIST 436: British Columbia to finish my last 400-Level and Group 2 Requirement.

Damn you, Student, for making me check!!

    HIST 337 and HIST 339. I <333 European history.

As for my requirements, I have no idea what else I have to finish. Though I most likely have only 400 levels left as I've taken all of the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st year HIST courses I could have possibly taken.

British Columbia history sounds boring--please let me know how it goes so I might be saved from a future term of boredom!!

If I have to guess, I'll say that you have completed your Group 1 (Europe) already. If not, this semster will. If you don't mind, may you tell me what 300 and 400 history courses you have taken so I will check what still needs to be done?

BTW, the tentative course offering for History in Fall 09 is up on GoSFU.

To tell you the truth, I would much rather take HIST 337 as well. However, I finished my Group 1 requirement back in Fall 08, so there is no point in subjecting myself to more European stuff.

Also, taking a British Columbia history course hold quite a bit of symbolic meaning to me. When I first came to Canada, the first school project that I did was on British Columbia. In a way, I am coming full circle by taking a British Columbia history course for my last 400-Level course in my History Program.

It is; there is just no other culture full of people who can throw a party better.

    And guns are always fun.

No midterm/final. 3-4 papers each with online participation.

Hopefully this should be easy to do with a full time job...

Re: People with 4-5 courses in the summer...man you guys are brave. A regular-school-time-semester-type course load while everyone else partying would just absolutely destroy me mentally.

Courses are easier in the summer I find! It's all about time management.
