This TA is fuked up

ok i really gotta complain.... first of all, he could not even answer a simple question on the first day.... then he marks things really slow... up till now, we already handed in exercise 3, yet he just finished marking project 1..... we had exercise 1,2 project 1,2, quiz 1,2, and midterm. He only marked exercise 1, project 1, quiz 1 and 2... that's the first im gonna complain about.
second, hes really picky on gradings.... ok... basically exercise 1 and project 1 are the easiest of all... i did them with ease and i tried to make it good with lots of effort.... but guess what... my project 1.... i just got my grade back and its like 70% and i was surprised(still havent seen quiz yet)... quiz 1 was basically the materials about project 1 and exercise 1 and i got like 92%... i mean isnt it a bit ironic i can do better on a quiz where it only allows one cheatsheet than a project that i can get help with?...... also... if he mark so slow and hand back so late, how da fuck we learn from our mistakes?
can i complain this to anyone or sth? i find him one of the worst TAs i've ever known

    ok i just freaking went over the requirement for project 1 again....... i basically did all the requirement and i dont think i can do very bad... even with minor mistakes... i was expecting 8x%...but now 7x%? i just donno how he marks... i mean he saw my email and deduct one mark already because he said i didnt put my student number... ok... we need to hand in electronic copy and paper copy... i put stn on paper copy already.... just missed on electronic copy, BIG DEAL... according to a few other ppl i know, he really likes to deduct mark or sth...wtf

    Go above his head and talk to the professor,

    just be warned that the professor may give you a lower mark if he gives you a re-mark.

    Why not? It's quite easy to assume that when you are lazy on here that you are lazy when doing assignments so it is quite easy to see a connection that you most likely write like that in real life.

    You wrote your last post at 1:22 pm and you still aren't typing properly.

    When you type like an idiot it makes people think you are an idiot. It doesn't matter what time of the day it was, man up and learn to type properly.

    Agreed.

    It doesn't take a LOT more work when you type properly. In fact, you should barely even notice if you're typing normally vs. sloppy.

    im not gonna argue and just state a few things. first i don type formally on forums or w/e. this is just how i do it, u have a problem with that? u can assume that i do this on assignments as well, but u know what, u r obviously wrong cuz they don mark things based on grammar and spelling and all these shit for this course and i dont do this at school. so u r saying i do this on forum, so i do that on assignment as well? if u screwed up on ur quiz, r u gonna do bad on all other quizzes if u actually study hard?

    lastly everytime i see u comment, i just have even less urge to spend the time and type properly. it doesnt matter what time of the year it is, ur comments never helped once(i type properly or not), so stfu.

    best way about it is to get a group of ppl in your tutorials to speak directly to the prof. i'd imagine the prof wont ignore a large group of students from the same ta complaining

    This is a very good advice. In fact, my POL-SCI TA told me that if I am unhappy with his markings and policies, I should go talk to the Prof himself.

    I was advised by my academic advisor to take a break this summer. However, I hate this advice.
