Maximum amount of courses I can take this summer?
Hey Im sure this is a dumb question but I just wanted some clarification.
On my SFU sis it says
Max total Units - 18
Max No GPA Units - 12
Max Audit Units - 18
Max Wait List Units - 6
So essentially what is the difference between total units and No GPA Units?
Are GPA just classes that are given grades?
The title should say amount I was in a rush my bad.

Isn't it less than 10%? If that?

You are in Criminology right? I just looked at the Criminology website and I am surprised that hardly any upper level courses are four credits. :omg:

Whenever you see a course name and number, you always see the Department Name, then the course number, finally a number. Ex: HIST-338- 4. That "4" indicates the course's credit. Fixed...
Jeeze, my registration date isn't for another 10 days and my courses are going fast ='(
I don't know about other departments, but the amount of credit a course has usually correlates to the amount of class time that course has in a week. For example, a three credit courses usually has two hours of lecture + one tutorial (almost all lower level History)or three hours of lecture (ex: Archaeology) and four credit courses would usually mean that it is a three hours of lecture + one tutorial (upper level History) or four hours of seminar (ex: Humanities).
Therefore, if a three credit course done become a four credit course, then the professor better have four hours of stuff, or I want a refund. Welcome to SFU. At least there are still 63 seats in HUM-130, if you are planning to take that.
