Is there a way up onto the roof above the convocation mall?
I think it's accessible from the library, but I'm not sure.

The Hulkster had several run ins while living on rez brother. Many times the Hulkster would be standing outside chilling with his buddies late at night, and they'd always keep harrassing us about going inside, even taking ID a few times brother. This was very annoying brother, we're not prisoners, if we want to stand outside we can stand outside. Another time we had an open liquor bottle, an old ass security guy saw us and freaked out, we ran away....good times brother.

What can campus security even do to you? If someone felt like being a dick they could just decide not to show their ID and I don't see what they could do about it other than call the cops and wait for them to show up half an hour later.

they dont have any legal authority nor any rights to detain you without cause i believe (i.e. you were assaulting someone). if you were just passing by and they bug you for id tell them to fuck off.

The only thing security can do is to initiate citizen arrest. I'm not explaining that, look it up.

Well if it's bad enough they do have the power to get you kicked off rez brother. Also, they claim they can arrest you brother. A few of my buddies got caught blazing, and they threatened to arrest them, one of the guys started mocking the security guards saying they couldn't arrest them, and that big brown guy pulled out his cuffs brother.

I see people on the roofs all the time, especially on the science center bordering the AQ. Someone even set up some chairs to sit and enjoy the view.

Last semester I made a goal to get onto the roof of as many SFU buildings as possible before I graduate.. still working on it.
Cory, did I have any influence on that goal?

Hahaha that reminds of a blog post that JayDub did about sneaking into The Pub...it's also on my roof climbing agenda :P
    I know I influenced that.

"Hey Josh, Tom, want to climb down the theatre roofs and see if we can get to the pub patio" - Dave
"I don't know, we're kind of drunk, and this could be stupid and dangerous" - Tom
