Anybody interested in a post-midterm meet-up?

Since we have a few new members, as well as many members who have never come out before, I was wondering if anybody would be interested in meeting up after midterms. Mid-March, perhaps? No dates or locations set, just wondering when people would be free, and how many people would be interested.

    Oh, I see. Actually, I am quite shy and untalkative as well, however I still have fun in meet-ups.

    You can always just come to hang out. I personally just find it interesting to put a face to who I'm talking to online. Plus, I can guarantee that there are never any awkward moments at our meet-ups, and we won't force you to talk or anything. You should come out at least once, and if it's not your thing, don't ever come out again. But yeah, we have some good laughs while we're all together....we're not a bunch of nerds, except Student.

    You couldn't possibly be more boring than me.

    -you don't need to drink. We usually go to restaurants, so you won't smell any alcohol.
    -we can explain sex jokes to you, if you want.
    -we've only gone bowling for one meet up....we can definitely do something different this time around. 69, perhaps? Everybody grab a partner...

    I don't remember who recommended this system, but whoever signed up afterward will add his/ her name onto the list and post this list on your post.

    Haha, I'll think about it. Even with my friends I'm kinda quiet.

    yeaaah I don't get it. First time I heard it was when my friend said her locker was 6969... what is so funny about that.... how is it related to lockers?

    EDIT: Oh, okay I see it now... I wikipedia-ed it before but i didn't see an article for it. I see that it's under popular culture...
    But looking back at all those jokes I still don't see what's so funny.... maybe my friends are just immature? =T

    I found travel to and back from meet-ups to be more dangerous than the meeting internetters part. When I was returning home from our last meet up in December, I had to drive while it was snowing.

    This is true. Only several of our members are known sex-offenders: Broken Lizard, vonnie, imelting, Flo-ra, and JayDub. You should be safe.

    you dont have to drink, most people dont anyways. its just mb who gets drunk by himself and dances on the tables. oh ya and student drinks alot too. hence why he had such trouble driving home in the snow ;)

    you dont have to get sex jokes to hang out with people.

    if you cant lift a bowling ball its not a problem, i just threw the idea out there cause it was something that we did last time. we can go hangout somewhere else.

    if you dont come then you'll never get over that shyness and theres no rule saying you have to stay through the whole thing. i'm sure you're not a boring person so you should come out and have fun :smile:

    Parent's are outta town for a couple of weeks so I'm watching my little sister...other than that I would have loved to come.

    Okay, so now that we've established that a few people can come, and others may be considering it, when would be a good time to do this? Drop some dates as to when you're available, and I'll try to coordinate something. My schedule is quite flexible, so I have no preferences really.
