    I will let mrbubbles and hikin deal with the guns as I am not as knowledgeable as them. Intead, I will deal with exotic foods that we can only find in Asia due to import laws, taboo, or there isn't a market (aka people here are too pussy to eat this).

    Both easy to make, and they can both most likely be found locally (I just usually make my own).

    I wish Canada had basashi, kaeru and kujira more openly available. It sucks that the only place I can find it is in Japan. Also I wish there was more afforable ootoro available.

    ^What are those? I googled them and I got horse meat for the first one and whale meat for the last one. Is that what they are? Also, is ootoro Tuna Belly?
