ENGL 200 Courses Question?

I was wondering something...the requirements for an ENGL 200 course is 2 ENGL 100 courses. I did two of those last semester but got a D in one of them...am I still able to pick an ENGL 200 course?

    In theory no, but I think you'd be able to.

    I think it only restricts you when it lists a specific pre requisite.
