    Well, for the particular purpose required of the liquid scintillation counter, DOS is fine. It's all about what you want the computer to do. :)

    Watching movies? Definitely not DOS.
    Single-task purpose? DOS might still be handy. :P

    You would be correct.

    And the guy to my left was in the PPCLI for 28 years. Went to Afghanistan twice I believe and had some really interesting stories and photos to show us. He loved to take photos and now he is in Public Affairs.

    Have you seen East Asians on TV? They usually play nerds, geeks, math whiz, number crunchers, and accountants. Typical cultural stereotypes.

    Get a group of East Asian looking like "posse" walking around in an interior rural town and white locals will be staring at them.

    well those people on the east coast, epically Newfoundland (where hes from), are pretty isolated to the rest of Canada

    Even the ones that don't look nerdy will come across that stereotype. Heck, I have Asian friends that gets asked math and computer questions from random strangers, and they look like illicit's crew. It's weird.
