For me, it's always been coffee. But lately, I've been getting into Tea.

In either case, I take it with milk-no-sugar.

1-2 cups of coffee before noon, then green tea or raspberry tea in the evening!

I am pretty you know about the Hong Kong drink "Ying Yang". But for all the other forumers that doesn't know, there is a drink called "Ying Yang" and it is a blend of coffee and milk tea. Therefore, you get the best both worlds for the price of one.

    Neither. Coffee bubble tea.

Just kidding, chai tea lattes or roasted matcha. Mmm...

    Hey guys,

I often notice that my heart rates goes up to the point of discomfort after I drank a cup of coffee or heavily caffinated drinks. Is this normal?

it means you are sensitive to caffeine. Cut down. Full Throttle has this effect on me

This happens to me with RedBull, one of the reasons I stay away from energy drinks.

Well, that and the fact that there's no more efficient way to become obese than swilling those things.
