Shows You Love To Hate

edited November 2008 in General
Gossip Girls.

And oh, I'm not bashing it without grounds. I watched this show up until episode 15--AND WHAT THE FUCK. I didn't even watch the OC and this show already feels like it.

And if I had wanted to watch a bunch of teenagers swapping their semen with each other by backstabbing and betraying, I would've just downloaded some cheap child pornography.

Again, what the fuck is with this show and its horrible circular plot? I'm sorry I wasted a little over 14 hours of my life for it.

Also, I hate all reality TV shows. People who are awed by drama and extreme gayness are generally people with double digit IQ's.

-------------------------------

What happened to the good old days of awesome sitcoms like F.R.I.E.N.D.S and Seinfield?

The emergence of reality shows and shows like The O.C. and Gossip Girls signals the ever decreasing intelligence levels of our youth today. Sad, really.

And I miss The X-Files, before Moulder left.

Prison Break - What the hell happened this season?
The acting is awful. The plot is worthy of a video game.
"Let's form a super secret task force of supposed criminals and let them take down THE MAN or THE COMPANY or whatever."
As if that wasn't enough, they have to go around and collect the 7 usb sticks of doom.
Oh, and boo hoo.. Michael has headaches.
I stopped caring after the first episode this season.

I definitely agree with you about reality TV, Seinfeld, and The X-Files.

    What is Seinfeld?

Well... Gossip girl was a really good book series.
I hate it when they turn into TV shows because the plot totally changes!

I'm watching Friends over again from the very first episode, because besides House and ANTM, I don't watch TV.

Prison Break... seriously.. the plot of breaking out of a prison then running for X number of seasons never appealed to me..

The Wire is officially the greatest show of all time.

As to shows I hate... J.A.G. My dad watches that show all the time, and it is a fucking holocaust of a show.

Any dumb reality show, except for the Amazing Race. It's unbeliveable how many people are willing to waste hours of their life watching people sing and dance on tv.

I also hate CSI: Miami. Guy with the sunglasses really gets on my nerves.

I hate David Caruso. Freaks and Geeks, however, was fan-freakin'-tastic. They are once again releasing the limited-edition 8-DVD yearbook edition set, which was originally only available to fans who had signed the petition to bring the show to DVD.

I watch this show, I won't deny it. It changed though in the recent seasons, before it was literally about the race and now it seems like they are trying to put any drama they can into the show, no matter how minuscule and ridiculous it is.
