She does if she's capable of vaginal orgasm, which is less than half of women. People put way too much emphasis on the skill of the male, when in reality girls either have vaginal orgasm or they don't. Obviously extreme ineptitude can be a factor, but most of the talk about guys not being "able" to give them an orgasm is just chicks not wanting to admit that they're just not able to do it. The majority of the 95% of women who can have orgasms at all, can only do it through direct clitoral stimulation, like masturbation or oral sex. It's the minority who are even capable of an orgasm through intercourse, for whom the skill of the guy might be a factor.
