You mean the counsellor for the crazy people who are going to go shoot up the school? You would probably want to contact Health and Councelling Services, but no I do not know their contact information.
It's different for each department, you should get emails from them all the time in your inbox giving out mass information to all the students in the program.
Look it up on the website for the department.
I think there may be some general counsellors but i'm not really not sure who they are.
You should talk to your professors before anybody else. I think that it's better that they hear the story from you first than have it explained to them by somebody else who hardly knows you.
You can also book an in person or phone appointment at one of our three campuses. You may do so by visiting the Registrar and Information Services counter at your preferred campus or by calling:
* burnaby 778.782.4356 * vancouver 778-782-5000 * surrey 778-782-7400
These services should be contacted in this order to build a strong case for letting you postpone the exams. Make good acquaintances with the receptionist (she *must* have a good impression of you) because most of the paper work is going to be coming through her. You absolutely need her on your side for this.
I wish you best of luck and hope that your situation takes a turn for the best as soon as possible.
