I also think Lifestyle is a little vague...wouldn't some of the sections we already have fall under that category (ie. entertainment, shopping, etc.)

    How about "Dining & Nightlife"?

why not just post stuff in general lounge?

to jump on the suggestion bandwagon, disband the courses subthread in the academic lounge...and merge it back with academic

Alright, who suggested the "Business & Innovation" forum?
  • edited September 2008
Suggestion, move business and innovation down the list a few...below the more popular ones...I'm too lazy to have to scroll down and click

Sorry about the abrupt changes guys, I was doing some re-arranging of the sections this afternoon and my WiFi connection randomly got disconnected so I couldn't finish what I was doing. Anyways, I merged Classes and Profs into it's parent forum, the Academic Lounge according to randomuser's suggestion, which makes sense. I also merged Shopping & Fashion back into the General Lounge since it wasn't a very big hit on it's own. As for Business and Innovation, I will have an introductory post soon!

Should it be "the student's forum" or "the students' forum"?

we should have a music forum, with subforums for each genre, so ppl can link to mp3 downloads or torrents
is that possible without attracting any legal issues?

    We do lol

    Entertainment > MP3 Singles (http://www.talksfu.ca/forumdisplay.php?f=31)

No one really posts music though dunno why...

Will it be possible to open forums for "Health and Fitness" and "Money". It will make the forum more students-friendly. Just my thoughts.
