I had no idea it existed, but I saw a Subway on campus today as I hopped on my bus. I was epically disappointed seeing as I had a Mr. Sub large sub in hand at the time.

Ahhh, ok. I figured it out. There's a Subway kiosk opening up in the Renaissance cafe at Cornerstone, where they always used to have their own sandwich desk. It's not open yet, seems like it's still in the setup stage. But the sign is up in the window, already.
just wondering. does anyone know if there is a mcdonalds or a burger king somewhat close to campus?
I don't think there's a burger king near campus, but there's a mcdonalds on hastings that's about 15min away. I think I mentioned it before already on previous pages.
yup, bus down for some greasy mcgoodness then bus to class! I actually use to take the 145 and skytrain to lougheed town center and wander there & eat there, but they closed the mcdix there and turned it into some stupid clothing store. For shame!
The Subway shop has opened~ There is a Mcdonalds on Como Lake, if you take the 143 and go off at the first stop and then walk about 5 mins then you should get there. Takes about 10 mins but as others have said, you could go with the option of going to the one on Hastings.
Be warned though, it can take quite some time if the place is crowded. But their lunches aren't bad, especially when you're legal (like me) and can have it with a beer.
