               USING NEW FITNESS CENTRE:( for new students)
In order to utilize the Fitness Centre you must have a valid and current Recreation Membership Tag or Day Pass. This means you have signed and agreed to a waiver, which includes a release of liability, waiver of claims and an assumption of risk on your part. Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Members 12 – 16 years of age are required to have a free weight room orientation.
Orientation
If you are new to the Fitness Centre and unfamiliar with the exercise equipment then an Orientation session would be helpful. This brief tour of the facility will include:
• Sign-in procedure
• Cardio sign-up
• Cardio equipment demonstration
• Weight equipment demonstration for each major muscle group
