The prof (Sonier) has pretty bad ratings on ratemyprof
Should I take this course?

    Ive taken a course where everyone called the teacher an evil bitch, except a few who said she was great. I was terrified to enroll but she was the only one teaching it, and I got a b+.

    I think if people are just talking about the profs character, I would ignore it. If they talk about specific things about the course then avoid it.

    If out of 10 comments, 9 of them say s/he is bad. Better off not taking it.

    The instructor in general is probably a bitch.

    Had Sonier for 121. Let's just say that I have my reasons for not having done phys 385 when he taught it.

    sonier is bad man.
    his midterms are not too bad..but man he has attitude problem... stone-cold face all day and he doesn't answer question when i ask...... he give really easy examples on lectures,but... his assignment or final exam..
