fall semester help!

edited August 2008 in General
I'm planning to be in econ major and I have math 157, either econ 103 or 105 or both, and I need 1-2 more courses. What are not too hard courses that you recommend me to enroll in? anyone? many courses are full right now, so i relaly need some suggestions, thanks.

in my humble opinion.. do not take econ 103 and 105 together.. you either are going to end up with lower grade than what you could've got or just completely fail.. you don't want that during your 1st and 2nd year..

if you're planning to be an econ major.. try to get your prerequisites out of the way first.. if that doesn't work out.. take some electives as you are going to need electives and the credits can help you out if some courses have a certain credit limit you need to attain..

    hope this helps!

i agree with siuying - dont take the econ 103 and 105 together

i dont know if this is your first semester in SFU? or what..
but like you said, so many courses are full
so.. whatever you can get in.
if you want easy/interesting course - i'd say Psyc 100
that was one of my fav course in sfu
George Alder was great, organized, and easy!

i'm taking econ 104 and econ 210 this semester so i'd let you know how those go! :P

Try IS101, if you have just basic understanding of politics and world history for the last 100 years, you'll be fine.
