Does anyone know of good places to go hiking?

I really wanna start and I don't know where to.

    to add onto my previous question.

    do you have a car (if so is it 4x4)?

    what kinda gear/equipment do you carry?

    do you have navigational skills (i.e. know how to use a compass, read a map)?

    are you looking to do just day hikes or over nighters?

    are u planning to solo hike or go with groups of friends?

    are u allergic to anything?

    whats your fitness level?

    how much outdoor experience do u have? (i.e. camping, fishing, hunting, etc)

    whats your first aid knowledge?

    I would recommend staying away from Lightning Lake for a bit, seems to have a grudge against SFU students.

    two people drowned at lightning lake, one attending sfu and one who was about to.

    hence why triple suggested why u stay away, lol take it easy there
