SFU's registration system sucks!!!

It takes me AGES to register and many of the courses I want are either at the same time or won't be taught again until fall 2009 or both!

i agree. I'm usually done in about five minutes. It's called planning your courses before your reg time. If you browse for courses during your reg time, you are teh suck.

fuck, why there are seats reserved for IAT 100 and the system said I didnt meet the requirement?! wtf!

Because SFU cannot properly list the pre reqs for courses, its really irritating. If it says seats are reserved youll have to wait until the fourth week to enroll

How can I view my weekly schedule for fall 08? When I click on weekly schedule, it still shows the summer 08 one.

Where it says "Show Week of", input a date that is from next semester

I got a tip for you. A few hours before your registration, you should went onto GoSFU and check rather the courses that you wanted are offered or not. After making sure that the courses you want are offered and doesn't have any schedule conflict, you should proceed to copy down the class number of the course. That way, during registration, you simply need to type in the class number and safe time by not having to look up all your course DURING registration.
