CMPT275

I'm looking at the course selection and part of it deals with teamwork, however there are no labs. Has anyone taken this course? What's it like? I'm planning on taking it this fall with Janice Reagan and apparently she's not a very good professor.

http://cultivatingboredom.com/two-out-of-three-aint-bad/ - My opinion of the course from last semester.

It really is THAT bad. There's no getting around it. You just have to suck it up and hope you get a decent group.

Oii. How does the group project work? Do you create your own groups during the lectures and work together on your own time? Are there no labs? Although the "job training" aspect of it seems kind of interesting. I'm signing for co-op and kind of scared I'll be under-qualified.

Regan usually lets each person choose a partner and she randomly forms groups out of the pairs.

You'll need to meet or at least once a week and work on various parts of the design for your software.
