Many ladies prefer the oral, simply because they can only have an orgasm in that fashion. Especially younger girls. Guys mostly like bj's as a stopgap to sex. There are of course some girls who are just fantastic at it, but for the most part the BJ evolved as a way for girls to satisfy a guy before they were ready to start having sex with him.
May you ladies do us guys a favor by shaving that whole area CLEAN so we can do a better job down there?
Generally that is the purpose of getting brazialian or going clean, although I have heard stories from my guy friends complaining about girls that don't maintain their umm nether region. I think it just make sense to not have a jungle when a guy is going down a girl, just like how it seems reasonable for a guy to have some sort of maintainance going on; but that's just my opinon.

its also a common known fact that most guys are pretty much done when theyre done, if hes not too selfish he will feel bad about you not going all the way if it happens a lot, and it threatens his masculinity, therefore faking it may happen

I've just found that guys who are physically fit can have 2, 3, 4 orgasms whereas guys who don't take care of their bodies are generally finished after the first. I think I read about the correlation somewhere as well, but it makes sense.
They're unrelated. The length of the refractory period, the minimum time between orgasm and the ability to get another erection, is pretty much fixed for an individual. If a fat guy could only go once, then got into amazing shape, he'd probably not see any difference in that department. If anything, it's the opposite. Fat people tend to have sugar and carb-rich diets, and if you take in an excess of sugar or carbs, sperm production goes up (as do testosterone levels and sex drive.)
Fit guys have the physical stamina to do it longer, but as far as the penis goes, it's got it's own thing going on. :) Also, it's almost entirely about age. generally its more the guy cant keep it up long enough or do it right, girls fake it a lot to spare the feelings of guys
