Ooh, Las Margaritas is the best. There's nothing like a big plate of Mexican food and a few beers. I also love A Taste of India, too!

    Spicy food, anyone?

    OLIVE GARDEN IN LANGLEY

avg. $$ is about 17 for the entrees (it's not a cheap restaurant) but you get unlimited soup, or salad and bread action and damn, it's sooooo good.

but if you go, esp. on a weekend, don't expect to get seated right away. (we waited an hour but you're allowed to put your name in, go and come back) i think you might also be able to call in advance and put your name in for that night (they don't take reservations)

    no, i don't work there

Holy Shit Olive Garden has dam good food. I ate there once when I was coming back from shopping in the states and it felt like I was in Italy...so I got a bottle of wine even though I had never drank it before lol i dunnoo just felt like the right thing to do. I agree with affinity though, Olive Garden is good eatin as a second option Greek Nights is really good too they give you more than enough food for like 15 bucks...you could literally eat half and take a whole meal home still.

oh yea, i should mention..the triple o's white spot in langley had this major deal on...

original combo and movie ticket for $10.99. i dont know if it's a special at all triple o's but damn, that's a really good deal to take advantage of if you're near langley. might want to call other triple o's and see if they have the deal or not

I dunno if anyone mentioned it yet but theres a pasta place on Hastings, approximately 10 minutes from school. For 13 bucks you get a massive plate of any kind of pasta you want its friggin delicious.

Anton's, finished it 2/2 times, beastly proportions

and you get a pen too if you finish, but not really the pen is the reward, but seeing your friends loathing in pain from all the pasta yet not finishing it haha.

chicken catchetori ( or however you spell it ) is chill, and its not like theres so much pasta it's badd, all the pastas dam tasty.

    Ooh, I love sushi. :)

The Eatery it's on broadway and...waterloo (a little past MacDonald St.). The sushi is "avant-garde", a really fun place to be at. Sushi is great, i swear, and the place is just...amazing--the ambience, the setup. Great place to have a few drinks with some friends too. It's always busy but they have this waiting room next door with Andy Warhol replica artwork. They play cool dance music (but a bit loud), and they have this huge screen playing random movies (a weird anime one the last time i went). ahhh, i wanna go now!!

What do those restaurants have in common, Steven?

They are not THE KEG ... which has many locations in the GVRD and all happen to be tied for the best.

Any favorites? I've been thinking about that place ever since it opened. It's on Robson at Bute, correct?
